2009 21i Stern Light Issue, Fuse Box? New to Skeeter Family!

Hey Guys! Proud new owner of a 2009 21i w/ HPDI 300 w/18 hours. Just came from an 04 Ranger 521. So far I love the boats features but have yet to get her on the water.

Issue is the stern anchorlight is out and I can not find a fuse box in this boat to save my life. Where the he!! is it? And it is weird, I am getting 5.65 v to the stern light no matter if the main power is on or off, key is on or off, or if the light switch is on or off. Never changes, but still won't light the bulb. Front bow light works perfectly as it should. Help?!?

Any other issues or items to check on this model before I get on the water?

UPDATE

Okay, found out there is no fuse panel in the i class. Unhooked battery to reset computer, now getting 12v to the stern light. HOWEVER, it stays on ALL the time. Switch on or off, power on or off, or light switch on or off. Any ideas? The bow light works perfectly and properly.

the wiring going to the mount is wrong - if it is 3 wire there is a combination that will make it only work with the switch is on - i had this problem with my fathers boat (not a skeeter) we had to hold the wires together until we got the correct combination for it to only work thru the switch.

It is just a 2 wire, hot and ground. I can't find where the wires come out under the dash. I am lost with this one.
