Has anyone ran the 250sho on a 2004 zx250 and what were your results?
I just put a 250 sho on my 2003 zx 250, only have 5 hours on it, and have not tweek the setup but was able to hit 74 gps with 2 people plus gear and half tank. The speed was still climbing but didn't want to run it long since its still in breakin mode. I think i should see 75 to 76. As far as hole shot and mid range it's great.

What motor and what speed were you running before?
I was running a 250 hpdi, and it was around 73 mph. under the same load, around 75 by myself on a perfect day. I am using the same 27t prop worked by mark on both engines.
