    Rebuilding Power head?

I have decent mechanical abilities and am considering rebuilding the power head on a 1992 Fast Strike over the winter. Is this Rocket Science or can a individual do this with the assistance of a good manual and mechanical skills? Thanks!

Get a bonafide OMC shop manual and read it first then read it again, then read it again before you procede. Make sure you have a good machine shop in your area that can handle honing the block and if needed installing sleeves. If you're good to go with that then have at it. Take pictures and when removing items mark them or place them in plastic storage bags.
