I believe you need to change the entire helm unit to a tilt wheel unit.
Not hard to do.
Cost would be arround $600-800 (for a new unit) if you did it yourself.
Cheaper if you could find a used unit.

kind of what I thought. I guess I'll just keep an eye out for a used unit.
