    26p Turbo lightning on an SX200. Not a TXP. Just curious

    Bought one on ebay and it just came in today. Gona try it this weekend i quess. Been runnin a 26 Trophy for years, then got a 26 Tempest that put it to shame on top end so i traded the Trophy for a 27 Tempest plus to see if i can bring my RPMs down. Got a deal on the lightning and gona try it but it doesnt look like its got the cup of the tempest. also with no pvs holes to play with I dont think its gonna be what i want. Anyone tried one let me Know! Motor is a 200 Merc XRI

    Answered my own question! It runs damn good on an sx. Got 71mph with out movin the jackplate from the sweetspot for my tempest! A little blow out on holeshot but midrange is what impressed the hell out of me! From 55 to 70 it climbed faster than any other prop ive ever tried! Now its got me curious what a 26 Turbo lightning tpx would do! Might prop hore around somemore!!!
