that motor looks older than an 89 more like a 70s model. here is what an 89 should look like
Canadian edition Skeeters are ones we bring over the border.I have never heard of it before and that really does not look like a Skeeter in the pics.

I didnt look up the vin number but i can tell you that motor is closer to a 79 than an 89! And if that is a skeeter it is also a 70s model not an 89 for sure

Its sad how dishonest people are aroud here when it comes to marine. That's why I bought my boat in Texas and send my propshaft to Eddie and prop to Mark for work. Oh well, that phoney Skeeter sold anyways.

I emailed the owners and asked how fast she goes with a 60hp, they said 45 mph. I know thats BS it did 50 with the 110 I had on it lol. They're also asking 5000 more then they paid for it (with no engine)

did some looking around motor came up as a Merc 115hp made in 1972
