First year Skeeter produced ZX180 ?????

I have a 1996 ZX180, went to insure it yesterday and agent dosent show a zx180 in that yr model,only show zx185??? My title says its a 180,but havent been able to find info for it thru various web searches.I can however find info for a 185.There is a tag on the drivers console that says limited edition,is that possibly why my agent doesnt show it?

I could be wrong but I think 95 was the last year they made a zx180

I don't have it anymore but I had a 1996 zx 180 as well. It had the limited edition tag as well.

maybe I should try a diffrent insurance agent.Didnt seem very knowledgeable about boats.does 385$ a year seem out of line?Its higher than my auto insurance.

That does seem high. I have a 2004 zx225 and pay less than that per year with state farm. But it has a lot to do with locale and what you policy covers as well as how much deductible you have. I think I would shop around. Good luck!
