Compression Readings ...... In trouble ?!?!?!?!?

I have a 1992 Johnson Fast Strike 150.Noticed a loss in power and in my RPM range lately...went from about 5600-5700 max to about 5100-5200...................did a compression test on all cylinders and was about 92 psi across the board except the top right cylinder....which read right at 70....i did a compression test about a month ago and had 92 across the board on all cylinders.....i noticed that the plug was pretty dry also............i shot some sea foam hoping and praying to god that maybe its a stuck ring ? Am i wrong in thinking this ?

For some reason seems you weren't getting fuel/oil in that cylinder. Carb, kinked fuel line??? A lot of varibles. I've lost two engines due to no fuel/oil in one cylinder.

Those also have upper motor mount problems, which cause the same symptoms, ie drop in rpms.

You need to figure out why that cylinder is low.

    Good luck.

Pull your carb drain plugs and make sure your High Speed orifaces are fully seated you'll need a narrow screw driver #2 size.
