Skeeter Apparel from HiCorp. Anyone ever bought from them??? Rainsuit recommend?

I just got in my 4th order of the last few years from HICORP and I noticed that the quality of the shirts and all have gotten really bad. I havent really had an issues in the past but I wasnt very happy with the jacket I got. It was China junk.

I was looking to buy the Skeeter "Heavyweight bib and jacket" for this winter but I am now a little bit skeptical. Has anyone bought one of these and if so do you like or dislike it??

Can anyone else recommend a good rainsuit/winter apparal to fish in? I dont mind spending the money and several people have recommended the GORTEX suits but if I dont have to spend $400 I would rather save. I use frog togs in the fall spring and summer but I need something a little warmer for the winter. thanks!!!

That seems to be the norm these days with everything. Made cheap and with less materials and the price goes up. Of course i sure you could return it if not satisfied but if it's that bad might as well go for the best and not have the hassle of returning things.

Cabela's has their guideware on sale. That is what I use and really like it. You can look it up in their "bargin cave."

Thanks man! That is the actual set I have been looking at vs the BPS 100mph suit which has a lot of compliants. I think I will purchase right now.

I just bought the rainsuit and used in last weekend. I think it is great. I have alot of Cabela's rain gear and I like their GoreTex -- hard to beat. But I think the Skeeter gear suit is great. It shed the water and is 100% water proof. It is a little cheaper than most Cabela's sets. $275 for the set.
