Hydraulic Jackplate not working

The switch for my hydraulic jackplate has started not working all the time. It takes me switching it up and down several times before it will work. I can hear it click when I press the switch down but it's getting to where it is not working more than it is working. Any ideas where to start?

Check all the connections first including battery, relays, and switch. I had the same problem and the negative battery connection was loose.
