who was it that installed a fold down ladder on the sponson?

didn't someone here install a folding swim ladder on the sponson of a Skeeter? I'm considering doing so. I have an e-ladder already, but that isn't real easy to use for some people. also if you installed one like that how would you put the cover on the boat?

For now I use the lower unit but you have to watch out for that nicely waxed sponson.

I was at West Marine the other day & they had this real slick looking stainless telescopic ladder that was hinged at the top. It looked like it would work perfect, but I would want a way to clamp it down when not in use so it doesn't rattle & chip the gel coat. it looked like it could screw to the bottom edge of the sponson, but it was about 175 and I just wans't in the mood to buy it to try it....I think this is it:
