Prop ?

How do you know what kind of prop you can use on your boat.
I have a 96 zx180 with a 175 Evinrude. I have a 23 pitch and want to go to a 25.
I see alot of props for sale but they say that they are for certain types of motors.
Does this matter?
What do I need to know in order to get the right prop for my boat?

Sounds like you need a 24 Raker or 25 Renegade. They are a dime a dozen on the props page, and if you want a 25 Renegade, call Bob, my parts guy, we have a few used ones that he'll hook you up on.
