I would think skeeter would say to contact the trailer mfgr. I had a problem with my trailer before and dealt directly with EZ. Was a lot easier being i knew what was going on. Now they were a little slow in the email end so i had to make phone calls instead.

First step is talking to your dealer - have them contact their reps and manufacturers. That is the normal chain of command. If you don't get satisfaction from your dealer then you should go above them. Start at the dealer they know who to contact at the companies to resolve issues. This is with any product.

I have NO DEALER to Talk to, the Dealer is out of bussiness that the boat was from, and the next 1 in cal is 400 miles away or 300 plus miles to 1 in AZ

I'm going to have to deal with EZ Loader myself

For my few issues i had, i contacted the mfgr's. without any problems. I got things done alot faster and quicker. Just contact EZ and they should help you out.

Re: Need Some help on this (macinckirk)

Been there with my other boat. If its diamond dust they color is discontinued and they screwed my replacements up multiple times.

If Ez loader wont help call Robert Young at skeeter, dont bother dealing with anyone else there. Call him a few times and they will help.

They changed the mounting set ups supposedly so this wont happen again.

Re: Need Some help on this (macinckirk)

    Mac,

I understand your frustrations here but have you really exhausted your options? I contacted you 3 times about this issue and asked of your other ones and you never responded. There are ways to get help especially in our case where the dealers are really far away. I understand you not wanting the boat anymore and I was ready to unload mine at a loss as well; but if done right I think you can rectify this situation in a better manner for yourself.

I am gonna extend to you once again the suggestion that you contact me on this; I know the channels to use to try to get the issues straightened out.
