    Bass in muddy water?

    What's your go to bait for bass in muddy water? By muddy I mean 1" visibility not 1'. Water temp between 45-50

    Chartreuse & white spinnerbait with colorado/willow nickel/gold combo, black and blue jig, california 420 senko texas rig, where fish the water is always muddy, maybe not 1" visibility but pretty stained.

    I would be flipping heavy cover with something dark. Also try running around and see if you can find some cleaner water, sometimes running into a creek or different part of the lake can make a big difference in color.

    I hate fishing chocolate milk water. A bladed jig or chartreuse crankbaits work best for me.

    I always go with big bodied and black color. You want to displace water and black stands out. I will use a big black jig with a big body trailer or Big square bill, black and chart color or 10" black worm.
