Anyone running a 27" TXP on a stock 200 HPDI/ZX200 setup? If so, what kind of numbers are you getting for speed & RPM? How high do you have the motor set?

Way too much prop for a 200 HP. 26 maybe but 25P likely. TXP are hard to turn.

A 27txp will be too much wheel for a stock 200....
Get a 25 T-1, or 25 TXP, and have Mark Croxton do it up with the works, run it at about 3/4" below to even with the pad, and keep the r's around 6,000... You should be very high 69's to low 70 mph gps.. (depending on elevation)...![]()
25 txp will be the one for the zx200. you will never be able to turn in stock form
Well, I got a 27" TXP off this board and ran it this weekend and I was running 72.9 on the GPS, but only turning 5400 rpm. This was with 26 lb of water pressure. So I was curious if anyone was running one. I have a 25 TXP and am turning that one 6000-6100 rpms. I think a 26" just might be what I'm looking for.
25 T-1, 71.1gps...70 most days with 40 gallons. About 5,950rpms 2 inches below for the 06 ZX200...
Anyone re-pitch the T and run better as a 26???
Please let us all know...my instinct is 71gps is tops for my rig stock.

Dentguy-Hole shot is not much different from the B&B 25 T-1, since it has the PVS holes.![]()
I'd say if it's working, then run the heck out of it... Try bringing the plate up some to help free up some more rpm and see what happens... If you can get the r's up 3 - 400, you should see an increase in speed... The next thing I'd try if you want to run that prop is to change out the ecu for a 225, do the throttle arm also!! Leave the 1.81 lower unit, would be very interesting!!![]()

Oh one more thing, you'll be fine to run the water pressure in the 15 lb range, try not to go much lower than 10, and watch for the guage needle to be steady, if it's bouncing then lower the plate some... I ran a 29 asx with the plate all the way up, with a bunch of water pressure, I just ran out of rpm.. Also an 06 zx200--- plus.....
TXP 26 2 inches below, hit 73gps (225 ECU and comp reeds)
Just raised it a 1/4 inch so must try a couple runs with that...
