I-class livewell question.

I have a 2007 I-class and one of the recurulation livewell pumps will not work. I was on the lake and tried to pump out the livewells. When I pressed the touch panel to turn the pump on the light just blinked several times and then finally stopped but the pump still didn't come on. It has been cold and the livewell pump could have been froze but all the other pumps worked fine. I have looked at it and tried to find a fuse blown but everything seems to look OK. Any thoughts?
