This would be the one that comes standard on ZX and I-class boats and fits under the port rod locker box. I have a 2003 model that didn't have it.
Just curious if anyone removed it from their boat because they never used it...I'll gladly take it off your hands...
The same goes with that retractable landing net they offered too....

My boat was missing the spool part of the spooler. I called R&R designs and purchased the whole assembly. I forget what the final price was, but it was not too bad. Since I bought a whole new one I have an extra bracket that holds the spool. So if you can find the spool I can send you the bracket.
I took mine off but hate to sell it as I'd like to include it with the boat when I resell it. In my opinion, I wouldn't go through the trouble of getting one - they don't work all that well (gets tangled up pretty easily) and it takes away storage space from your compartment. I'd also question how well the bulk spools of line hold up stored unprotected like that as well - I usually keep mine wrapped in cellophane or in ziplocks and store them in a cool place (rod lockers aren't all that cool in the summer).
Only reason I carry a spool of line is for c-rig leader. If anything needs respooled it can wait til I get home.
