Swing Away Tongue Trailer and Boat total Length

I have a ZX225 with a standard tongue trailer can anyone tell me the total length of a swing away tongue trailer for a ZX225 with the mtr. down. I just bought a new place at the lake and I don't think the garage is deep enough. It's 23'-6". Thanks for the help.

Mine is 25' 6" with out the swing away tongue beening used so you can take 2' 2" off of that and it will be around 23' 4" give or take 1-2"

I'm also 1-2"s havey on the 25'6" to start with

So it will fit with a swing away

I know this because i'm stuck in the same position (ZX225 without swing away tongue)

The boat/motor and trailer length is 26'6

With a swingaway tongue trailer it's 23'6

Got any Idea how much a new trailer would cost.

I don't believe that you need to buy a new trailer, I have seen swing away tongues added after market for about $300.00 - $400.00.

I had an '04 ZX225 and now have a 20i. My garage is 23'2". I swing the tongue, put the motor down, turn the motor to one side, and I have a frog hair's clearance.

I think the after market swing away is the way to go for me. Does anybody know of someone that has had this done. Wonder what you do about the brake lines.

If you have a trailer like mine (the front is welded into a V shape with diamond plating near the hitch receiver) none of the aftermarket swingaway tongue kits will work. Trust me, I looked into allot of options, only one feasible would be to go to a custom weld shop...
