first off, take the caps lock off, it's a bit hard to read a post when it's in caps
The only thing you can do when you have problems with porpoising at low speeds is to trim down a bit till it stops.
As for your RPMs, we'll need more details like which prop you are turning and also where you motor height is set at. The year of the motor would be good to know too.
Don't worry about the spelling, just as long as you talk Skeeter-ish
