Here's a good starting point. This is for the 06 model, but the one I found for the 01 is the same numbers. They didn't have an 03 listed. Shouldn't be much difference as their weren't many drastic changes made until recently.

Boat will handle like it's on rails. Full turn 180's can be done at about 1/4- 1/2 trim and 3500- 4000 rpms to the point that you better have a good grip on the wheel. Ride is dry in all but the roughest of water. It's considered a point and shoot ride, so stability is no issue. Chine walk is all but non-existant on a Skeeter unless you get crazy with prop height and setup issues.
Truthfully, the biggest issue non Skeeter drivers complain about when they first make the switch is the boat will porpoise at low speeds if not trimmed down. They are very trim sensitive, so keep it down until you really want to pick up the speed.
