Hi,
I did a compression test yesterday on my 1994 175 Faststrike. The numbers were all around 110 with the lowest number around 105. I did the test after the motor had warmed up, at full trottle and 4-5 seconds per cyclinder. What should this motors compression be at. I have not had this boat on the water yet and yesterday was the first time it started and it burned up a lot of the fogging agent. Will OMC Engine Tuner improve these results.

Welcome! Your readings are fine, different gauges read different numbers. As long as you are within 10-15% of the overall reading you are OK. The faststrike is a good motor. A good decarb with Engine tuner will help keep your motor clean and reliable after a long winters nap. Don't forget to change the LU fluid also and use the new Ultra HPF in it. Happy boating. CM
