2006 Ranger 188 VX with 150 E TEC and I EAT BASS!!!
My Ranger dealer installed mine and he put the transducer below and centered from the jackplate. He used the bracket mount that came with the LSS1. The LSS1 unit itself is installed in the starboard locker.
