I have an 06' Z20 with a 225 Yamaha on it. The boat does not have a jackplate on it so I bought a 10" slidemaster for it. My question is do I go back in the same hole on the motor bracket that it is currently in or do I go up or down one. The top of the bracket has 4 holes and I am in the 2nd one now.
Have your tech mount it to where the engine will be appx. 4" pad to center when mounted or as close to this as you can get. This will allow you to have max metal to metal on the plate when locked down with the correct pad to center shaft measurement of 3.5" when complete.......................Good luck, RR

I was going to install it myself. I was hoping some one had this similar setup and could just check theres to see what hole theres was in.
