Thinking of taking the rod butt ramp out of the port rod box on my 521. Always like to check before pulling something just to make sure there is not some good reason not to that I may have missed.

Only use the box for tackle, rods go in the center. Pulling the piece would square off the back of the storage, let me jam some more useless crap in there.
