I know I should post on General topic, but I trust my Ranger brothers. My boat is an 08, running a 24 volt trolling motor, one battery is not charging fully. Interstate 29's. Is this about right for battery's (3yrs.) Also would you replace both at the same time?? I see guy's like the Deka's. What size should I buy? Thanks.
That is pretty good on Interstates.
I like Trojan on the trolling motor, have not tried DEKA yet. Yes, do both at same time.
Try to step up to group 31 if you really want to be able to use the trolling motor all day. One thing I learned about batteries, do not let them sit long before you put them on the charger, that seems to really help their life.

You got a ton of life out of that Interstate, most last considerably shorter... Stay away from Interstates, they are garbage!
Bump up to the 31 series batteries for all three, 1 cranking and 2 trollling.
I have a 09 Z520 and 3 of my 4 batteries were already reading "dead or weak" during a load test (All 4 were Interstate batteries and came with the boat and were less than 2 years old). I got rid of all 4 and got 4 Deka AGM 8A31DTM Intimidator's.
Just whatever you do - stay away from Interstates!!!

Yes, both at the same time. You actually did pretty good to get get three years out of those batteries.
yep for a 24 or 36 volt system you must replace both or all 3 at one time as the system will be only as good as the WEAKEST battery which would be a unreplaced battery.
Look at the DEKA batteries along with AC DELCO they are both good batteries.
