300 series prop sugestion

I have a bent prop and I think I am going to try something else. I have a 93 372 with a 150 XR6, I have a 23 laser on it now. I was thinking a 23 or maybe a 24 fury, anyone else running their rig with one? Or anyone suggest anything else, the 23 laser will push mine about 60 right now (or before it was damaged)

I've got an 89 363 with a Trophy Plus 4 blade 24 pitch. Nice hole shot and admittedly my top run has been 60.3, but that was with full tanks and my gear. The Trophy has been good all around all though top RPM was only about 5400 to I should get a little more with a longer run to allow it to spool the rest of the way up.

23 Tempest Plus will out perform the Laser; It will accellerate harder, give you more bow lift, and holeshot will be better. The Fury isn't made in a 23..................24" is as small as you can get. The XR6 prolly won't have enough grunt to wing the Fury unless you have a plate on the boat.........................With a plate on the boat you will be able to spin the 24 and should have sufficient rpm's. Set the pad to center dead on 3.5". On the Fury if you go that route leave all of the PVS holes "open". 5600 rpm's is what the boat needs to be propped to on the XR6....................good luck and let us know...........................RR

Thanks, I do have a 6" plate. What do you think the holeshot would be with a 24 fury? think it would be the same as the 23' laser 2?

24 Fury has been the fastest prop for me. R82 is same hull design as 361. Running 150 Opti. Only 5400 RPMS though.

I do think a 23 Tempest I need to look at. The Fury is about 2 MPH faster than the Trophy. 5" plate, 3.25 below pad.
