tire /fender

I own a 2001 518 w/ 200 opti. It rides on a single axle trailer. I'm haveing a problem when I hit adip in the pavement with the tire and fender hitting together ever so briefly. this has caused a blow out last fall. After that I started slowing down for dips I could see but is's hard to see them all. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have a solution?

Check your leaf springs. They may be weak and need replacing.
