???? Depends on what you're wanting to know. Shoot me an IM if you got a question. I'd be happy to answer it.

No IM needed..... I own a phoenix myself. I think you should take it easy on Ernie. he is not asking anything out of the ordinary for a man who spent over 40K on something. Junior and phoenix are both great and they will make it right but everyone keeps jumping on Ernier like he is evil or something. He is a customer just like any of us, no matter what kinds of deals any of us have. This problem happens in any industry from time to time and for the customer to voice his opinion is not out of the question. YES maybe ernie would get better results over the phone with junior but at the same time it is the weekend and he is upset and angry. Easy on who you call an "ASS" my friend. We are all friends on here.

PS: I wish I lived where you lived..... HAHA Kentucky Lake.... man must be nice.

Agree 100%. We are all entitled to an opinion, and mine is that it should have been handled differently. Wasn't necessarily meant to be offensive, meant more to defend a group who works very hard for customer satisfaction.

Kentucky lake is great...when I can find the time to get on the water! Been a busy year so far and haven't been able to get out as much as normal, that will change in about a week though. Bring your bird on up and get after some of these ledge fish. June can be a hell of time.

Yes I own a Phoenix 721, both my 721's I bought from Jr as well as he sold my '04 Triton and '09 721 way faster than we (wife & I) thought they would sell.
Ernie and his wife I meet at the Nashville boat show. Feel that Ernie could have handled this better/differently than he did, but do understand his frustration has mine was delayed for almost a mo. and was no fault of Phoenix. Yamaha keep sending the wrong parts for the digital gauges.

Great that means by fall you should be able to make a trip to my neck of the wood and fish for Small Mouth on Dale Hollow. No need to bring your rig, as we (if you want to) fish out of mine and stay with us. Only problem is it might be cold when they start bitting

man I could handle the cold as long as im fishing. Believe it or not the fishing at my local lake is best when the eyes are iced over on my rods. If you can find the right school of fish. Im not a comlete stranger to the cold but also not as well adapted as you yankees.
