Sportsman Center is a little place just off Hwy 111. They don’t have a big fancy show room or 5-6 salesmen walking around. Its not the fanciest place with all the high tech stuff. But that’s not what this post is about. What it is about is they are small but big on helping the customer and being friendly. Not saying that a large dealership would not be all of these things as well. Its like the old country store your dad would take you to as a kid…..easy going atmosphere and friendly people.

No wonder Phoenix and Sportsman Center work so close together they think alike... ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE‘.
There are not many places I would return to for a major purchase. I must say Jr. , Rob and Bobby do a great job and have earned my business. When I decide to buy again I will go back to Sportsman Center.

Jr. does a lot for us Phoenix guys as well as others on the board. Not taking away from Marty, other dealers or any one else. I know here on the BBC we have some great sponsors but I just wanted to share my experience with Sportsman Center. Keep up the good work & thanks.

I can agree with you 100%. Their not big and flashy,they just want to sell boats.I have bought 2 new boats from them and will buy my 3rd one as well.More than likely it will be a Phoenix.They have always treated me fairly and their customer service is 2nd to none.And in my opinion they have the best mechanic in the country in Jackie.I would recommend them to any one looking to buy a boat.

My dealer experience has been great too (Shipp's Marine, Gladewater, TX)...

All the dealers on the board do a great job both on here and with their customers. I have not seen any critical complaints from the Phoenix network. All have been supportive even with those who are too far away to be customers.

What I also find encouraging is that some dealers have complimented the manufacturer/ dealer relationship that they have. You rarely hear that one.I have read it on these boards as well as hearing it first hand from Shipp's!

If everyone keeps it up, Phoenix will make great gains in market share!

Ditto Kevin...Junior and the gang at Sportsman are top notch. The more time I spent there the better I felt about the 3 hr. drive I was making to purchase my Phoenix. Would I do it again? Oh hell yes!!! I'd also like to give a shout out to Mark Plumley at Phoenix who has bent over backwards to make my experience a pleasure...
