Picked up my new 618 this morning!!

After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, I picked up my new Phoenix 618 from D & D Marine in Athens, AL this morning!! My wife and I loaded it in the parking lot and took off for Guntersville, where we put a couple of break in hours on it. The boat drove like a dream....it beats any other bass boat I have ever ridden in. If you wish to challenge that last statement, I'll be glad to take you out so you can see for yourself. My wife is 7 months pregnant, and was very impressed with the ride.

I ordered it with a 175 Pro XS, two 788s, Fortrex 80 and removable dual console (not pictured):

Thanks for the comments guys. I had the pleasure of breaking in the livewells yesterday while having a little friendly competition with my buddy out on Logan Martin. The boat fishes great and the net storage definitely comes in handy!

sweet sweet sweet.......how much if I may ask? Also, looking at the web site, I thought the 618 was rated for a 150 max.

I have about 3 hours on it now...I stayed at home last weekend because I swore once before I would never go to the lake on Memorial Day weekend again. I'm going back Friday and Saturday to get some more time on it. I'll let you know.
