    Ordering Soon!!!!

Im going to b ordering my 721 soon (this week hopefully) and I am having a hard time with picking my colors. What do you guys think of Black Bottoms, and also if any of you have the wine color on your phoenix will u please post so I can see how it looks. The online color my phoenix feature is not very accurate I suspect. Thanks to any and all.

Reverse his Red & silver and you will have my rig, also with a black bottom, which all my past rigs have had as well.

I ordered a black bottom on mine, which is a first for me. It will show some scratches that white wouldn't show, but it looked great with my color combo.

    Re: Ordering Soon!!!! (Scott McGehee)

I have my first black bottom boat now and love it. I live on a rocky part of the mississippi river so it get alot of scratches. Most will buff out but you see the ones that go down the the glass easier so you can repair them. I'm convinced black bottom is the way to go, if nothing else I think fish are less spooky when hitting close to the boat.

Ok guys I ordered yesterday and im excited. I ended up going with black silver and silver with black bottom. white deck with top half of console black silver(hopefully). The black silver and silver colors I was able to actually look at it up close on the showroom and they go good together so I went with safe colors that I knew I liked.

Brad @ Acsension Marine in Prairieville, LA was very helpful and bent over backwards to get me a good deal. If any of you are in the market I recommend trying Acsension Marine first.

CLM, I'm the guy that test drove the 721 the same day you did. I talked to Brad yesterday and he was telling me about your boat and the plans you have for your motor. Sounds good. Congratulations.
I ordered mine this past Monday. Black Fire with Gunmetal inserts trimmed with red pinstripes and a black hull also.

BTW I am new here on BBC. But really wanted to chime in. I too ordered a new Phoenix on 6/26/10. I am so very excited. Ordered a 719 with 225 ProXS, White with Purple an Silver pins, White hull. I had a very hard time with picking out colors. White hull vs Black hull. Went with White for the reason every one said it marks up less or less noticable. So I guess my question is. Do you really think the fish are most scared or notice the boat more with a white hull vs a Black hull?

Welcome to BBC and congrats on your Phoenix order! Those colors sound sharp! I ordered my Phoenix with a black hull because I like the way it looks...I'll just try to be careful not to scratch it. I figure the fish would be more likely to pick up on the vibrations of your trolling motor before your hull comes into view.

Be sure to post pics of y'alls boats when you get them in!

    Re: (Jim285pro)

I know the feelin for sure. It has been a long wait for me. This is my first big boat purchase. I have been the guy who is fishing in or with every one elses nice bass boat. I have still a 15' aluminium boat with a 40 hp force. Going to sell it now I can make that leap. BTW thanks for the welcome to BBC. I am very excited to get a phoenix. Looked at alot of other brands and thought this boat was the total package/ ride/ fishability/ storage/ looks/ craftsmanship, so on. Not to mention they have been great to deal with on the tour of the boat plant and local for me. Phoenix boats is only about a 35 min drive for me. And yes I thought the same thing about the trolling motor or the clicking of the transducer being the first thing the fish would notice.
