Champion set up question

Just purchased a 26 tempest plus off ebay. My set up is a 2000 champ 203, 225 Yamaha ox66. Will I need a blowout ring with this prop? I have not gotten the prop yet, just need to know if I need to get one on the way. The prop came off a 250 Yamaha.

You don't need the ring.

Thanks. I got a steal. $285. Was on a motor that blew a piston 4 years ago. Said it only had about 20 hrs on it and has not ever been worked.

You really don’t want a 26 tempest that hasn’t been worked.
