Asking $$ 4,500. The motor alone NADA is worth $ 4300, plus the trailer, jackplate, and boat might still be woth a grand in that condition not to sure. Probally a pretty good deal to someone with the right skill set. This is not my boat nor do i know the guy, just throwing it out there.
