I owned a 700LX for the last 3 years. I LOVED that boat. I actually just sold it to my brother TODAY. I upgraded to a 901 CDX.
To give you an idea of price, mine was in immaculate condition, 115hp, NO issues at all, WITH 2 Lowrance HDS5s, Structure Scan, 2 Nitro butt seats, 2 Nitro fishing seats, BRAND NEW Nitro Z7 trailer for it and custom made Nitro snap on cover and I let her go for $5000. Keep in mind this was to my brother and I cut him a deal with all of the stuff I left on.
The price of $6500 is not bad, not great. I will tell you, CHECK THE TRAILER as I had to replace mine as it was rusted out underneath and broke the axle on it.
Youll love the boat and mine was great to me. The 115hp should push you in the low 50s. I had a 23 pitch tempest II prop on mine and thats where it put me solo with tourney load.

This was my first boat. It was a 98 in mint condition it had a mercy 125 on her. She did 55mph. I believe I paid $6200 five years ago. I loved the boat not any issues at all. In 2010 I upgraded to the Z -7. Hopefully the one your looking at is just as nice. Good luck with it. I have a 26 pitch stainless prop which is new that I used as spare for sale if I needed.![]()
