Yes, you can. As well as two Powerpole motors if you want. Put two batteries in the middle but move the oil reserve long ways and as far back as possible. than have one battery on each side. If you would need space for PP motors put them as far back as possible on each side. and move the batteries forward as much as possible, but be careful not to interfear with the two drop in boxes.

I have enugh room in mine to put 2 more batteries if needed (have 3 now), and still add a 2nd PP pump.

I no longer have the Z7 or i would put them up
I sure wish they could have made the battery compartment lid go all the was across.
You guys must have made some major changes back there. Mine is pretty full with 1 group 27 start battery and 2 30's for the trolling motor and the oil tank. I dont see too many changes that i could make to really make it any better than mine is now and not have it be a royal pain to service the batteries when i need to.
