Have you considered replacing them with something like the Perko "Anchor" syle handle locks? If you don't like that style, I am pretty sure you can still buy the style similar to what they put on the older model G boats (they had a metal D ring). I am getting ready to replace all of mine because I hate the plastic handles. I have had two get stepped on while they were up (because they do not always "recess" properly) and now they are "sprung". I know that doesn't really answer your question or even get you what you asked for, but like I said, I have the plastic ones and am looking forward to getting them all replaced.

I have one that is broken and one that's "sprung". I'm just looking to take care of a few little things to ready my boat for sale.
If you are replacing yours anytime soon I would gladly buy a couple of yours.
