LakeVu HD ULtra maps in Echo Map 93 SV

I have a echo map 93 sv and I have a LakeVu HD Ultra map chip. The lake I fish is supposed to have 1 ft. contours according to the specifications. So far I have not been able to find any 1 ft contours when using it on the lake. I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on using this. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I have contacted Garmin support and they were not very much help. Thanks for any help

What lake and what version (year) of the chip. There were quite a few new lakes added this year (2016 - march) release of the chip.

Not sure what specs you were looking at. The Garmin site lists Oconee as the following:

    • Bathymetry (>1' Contours)
    • Shallow Water Shading
    • Depth Range Shading for up to 10 ranges

    LakeVü™ HD Ultra

    • Bathymetry (>1' Contours)
    • Shallow Water Shading
    • Dynamic Lake Level
    • Depth Range Shading for up to 10 ranges
    • Auto Guidance
    • 3-D MarinerEye and FishEye Views
    • Satellite Imagery
    • High Resolution Relief Shading
    • Sonar Imagery
    • Surface and Side scan photos
    • Fishing Hot Spots® Pro Content

Bathymetry contours > 1 foot - (greater than 1 foot), could mean anything between 2 foot to 10 foot contours.

Lakes with one foot contour lines are listed as "HD" lakes.
If you go to the web site that shows the lakes (http://lakes.garmin.com) and select HD lakes and key in your state (Georgia) it will give you a full list of the lakes in your area that have 1 foot contour lines.
The ultra chip also contains all the lakes that are mapped, not just 1 foot contour lakes. Most of these lakes are already preloaded on the 93sv.
You get added features for some lakes on the ultra chip such as auto guidance, satellite imagery, 3d views.

Bummer. That particular lake does not have 1 ft contours - yet.
