    Looking at the top of the transom bracket to top cap, it looks high.
    Is your motor a 20" motor?

    I would have to actually measure my setup. I have a hydraulic jack plate, just move it to where it runs the best.

    My Merc motor is mounted in second to last hole in the transom bracket.
    I usually run my Bob's plate 2 3/4 - 3 1/2 on the guage.

    Look's high. I you can lower the motor on the plate.JMO

    I guess I dont know where the PAD is. I do know that the center of the prop shaft is 12.5 inches from the floor when the motor is level. This boat is NOT fun to drive with this set up.
