In general, if an outboard is not going to be used for 8 months plus, is it better to run all gas out of the carbs or keep them filled with stabilized fuel. Will carb gaskets and seals be harmed by drying out if all fuel is run out??

I would suggest you use the BRP 2+4 fuel conditioner follow the instructions on the bottle and go for a boat ride to get it all through the system.
