If their the mayfair pumps (which they should be) they have a butterfly wings to easily take the motor out. check and see if the motor is froze up. turnthe pump on and try to spin the impeller. very easy changeout. if the pump motor does not spin check for power w/ voltmeter. replace motor if needed
what fuses did you check...there is a breaker panel under the dash, that is bad about popping...not common to lose both pumps, but possible....it is very easy to replace the motor if they are shot though...
