trim tabs

how far should i lift the tabs after hole shot......ok i start with them all the way down as well as the engine.......when the nose lifts and starts down i trim the tabs up about half way.......after that i start to trim the engine.....am i doin this right.....and if i start to chine ill drop the tabs down a lil....thanks in advance

sounds about rigrt to me when on plane just play with them you will get it

I guess it will be what you are comfortable with.
For me, everything down and as soon as the nose is falling over I lift the trim tabs all the way up since they take some time and I am trimming the engine up to where I run it at the same time. I don't have any blow out nor does the nose dive at all while falling over.
I think everyone finds there own "nitch."

I do the same as Preston,trim while coming up on tabs...
