I was getting 84 with a basically stock motor with Bobs nosecone.
I rebuilt it last winter and got some exhaust chest work done by Simon motorsports removed exhaust liner, drilled out midsection for exhaust relief Bob's tuner Boysen reeds milled heads Oil injection removed.
I run several props 24 chopper for skiing I have a 29 srx modified by DAH I have a stock 28. But so far the best is my 26 chopper repitched to 27 with a one inch cup balanced blueprinted blades thinned and sharpened choppers removed.
I am still tuning the motor I have a low idle miss I think it may be the low rpm sideof the stator.

They don't build them anymore, it's a shame too. I'd love to have one of them!!

I also think they only made about 30 a year for the two or three years they did make them, anyone out there have actual numbers Dave
I don't know the numbers, but they didn't make many of them. There use to be a guy around here that had one with a 2.4 245 horse Bridgeport motor on it. Ran pretty good best I can remember. If I remember right, it was just like my old Gambler, Black with maybe a 20% red metal flake with red and silver full flake stripes. It was a pretty boat!
