I was runnig my 2001 201D with a 2001 225 OPTIMAX ( new power head 3 years ago) today and it tried to shut down. I went through this once before and it was the old fuel line. All that has been changed and it has started it again. Never alarmed or never completly died. I ended up calling it a day after that. Got home and checked the primer bulb. I pumped it twice and it stayed flat. .\ Went back out a few min. later and it was back to normal. Unhooked the line from the outlet side of the bulb and pumped about a gallon it to a gas can and never atempted to saty flat... what could the problem be ?????
