Bilge and Aerator Pumps Not Working On Coral 202

My bilge pump and aerator pumps are not working on my 2000 Viper Coral 202. The lights on the dash console light up on both, but neither pump works. Does anyone know if there is a fusible link for them or how to get to the pump motors? I am assuming they are located in back compartment but not sure how they would be accessed. Any help would be appreciated.

There should'nt be any fuse, there are resettable circuit-breakers in a box under the driver's console, right above where your feet would be. However, if the breakers were thrown, I'm not sure if the dash lights would be lighting up.

I would start by checking if any circuit breakers are thrown, then test for power back at the units with everything turned on.

Thank you so much for your help. I will check the breakers. Do you know if I will have to remove the gas tank to access the motors? The rear compartment is packed.

The access plate you have to remove is in the center of the battery & oil tank area.
The gas tank does not have to be moved. It will be tight however.

Also, you can remove the 2 brackets that hold the tank (behind the batteries) and you can shift the gas tank around some to get a little more room. You can remove the tank on Coral, but you have to get the big rubber filler hose off over on the port side and it is very hard to do unless you have very strong arms & hands..

Coral must be diff that the bass boats, doesn't sound familiar. I hate working on my live well and bilge system, it's like a black hole down there. Once you go in you may never come back

Yes, part of the genius of the Coral design is that the gas tank and the batteries are at the very back of the boat, helping to offset the weight from the more forward seating postion.

The Cobras have the gas tank midship under the seat. I suspect the Cobra can carry more gas though.

I really appreciate the information. I will remove the panel and check without moving the gas tank. I don't know how many gallons the tank will hold, but I put in $100.00 worth and it still didn't fill it up. Of course, with gas prices as they are, that is only about 10 gallons or so...lol.

Did you work for Viper or something? You are a walking book of knowledge on the boats it seems...It is really a great boat. I have owned Nitro and Skeeter bass boats in the past and this Coral is the smoothest ride ever and still very, very fast....
