I just noticed on my new to me Cobra that there is some kind of plug/cap on top of my console dash that says something about oil vent? I have noticed it in the pictures of a couple of other Cobra's. What is this?

That is the fluid for the Hydraulic Steering. You screw in an adapter that holds a bottle of fluid and bleed the system off to keep the steering tight.
I have a 1999 180. Any idea how much it'd cost to add power steering to my boat?
