I thought I would be on Easy Street by now but somehow I missed the off ramp!
Motor is running great. Still got the old casing on it but that gets swapped out next week. And yeah... it may have been listing a tad. I put on some serious weight the last weekGonna put it through the test tomorrow, got about a 1/4 mile run through 1 to 2 feet of water. The two feet don't scare me much, it's the shallow stretch that has me worried. Sitting in first place for Team and Angler of the Year so I gotta catch some fish tomorrow (on my least favorite pool
). If I can get back to my spot I should be OK.

Well, what a waste. Finished dead last and mangled my prop again. I am so sick of that river. I didn't even know I hit anything today and my prop is shredded again. This has been the worst year.
Geez, if it wasn't for bad luck you wouldn't have any luck at all. Time to retire and move South!

Man, I'm not kidding, every year seems to be worse than the one before it. It's downright depressing. One thing is for sure though, this is my last year fishing the club. I'm so tired of fishing these pools at the worst possible time. The pool we fished today is notorious for being dangerously low this time of year. Risk to equipment is more than I can afford anymore. That and wasting two weeks on terrible fishing has made my mind up. Just tired of it.
