Not at all. They (Phoenix) are producing hulls from the former Bee-Line hulls and have designed new molds which comprise the 619 and 721 Phoenix models. Nice boats!

Yes and No! Without getting into a detailed history....John Storie helped develop the Cobra hull by splashing a Ranger hull. He then tried to make a go of it on his own by splashing a Cobra hull and Hawk Boats was formed. However, the company folded and Legend Boats purchased the old Hawk molds, splashed it by adding an outside reverse chine to make it a dryer ride and the Legend LE series was born. The current Legend Alpha series was developed entirely by Legend Boats and was no connection to any other boat.
