I know this has been covered before, but could someone please tell me where I can put my shoot through hull transducer in my Coral. I looked in the back battery compartment, but there is no room at all. I looked in the ski locker on the floor, but there is carpet and I think a space for the water to drain. I really do not want to put a transom mount on because I have ripped several off in the past on my old boat. Please help

WCCT, Not sure what we can say that hasn't been covered in the previous post, but here goes.......
The "floor" of the ski locker has a hollow "bilge" or drainage space under it, it is not the bottom of the boat, so that will not work.
The floor of the battery & gas tank compartment is not the bottom of the boat either. Underneath the battery conpartment is the bilge area where the pump is located. The floor of the bilge area IS the actual bottom of the boat.
To get in there, you have to remove the battery & tray in the center of the battery compartment, and under it is a small piece of wood held by 4 screws, unscrew that bilge cover to get into the actual bilge area.
You will need to clean the area where you want to mount it really well, and make sure you get all the air bubbles out of the cement used. Just closely follow the directions on that.
The rear bilge area is where the transducer is mounted on my 2000 Coral.
