1993 rude intruder 150 misses at speed

i am posting for my boss his boat is a 1993 stratos 274 with a rude 150 intruder on it it developed a miss at part throttle then progressed to missing at idle but it doesnt happen till the 3rd run of a day of fishing we have changed wires and all 3 coils but its still missing and at times cant barely get on plane. it has the optical spark ignition anyone know how to diagnose this system or test the powerpack which is what i belive to be the problem to be now but changing parts is getting exspensive please any help would be apprieciated you guys have be a valuble resource so once again help please thanks

update we checked compression it was 95 psi on all 6

We could use the Model number but it may be a power pack and you will need to see a dealer to have it checked.

My 95 faststrike did the same thing but not at idle only when planing out.Had a powerpack and optical sensor replaced,problem solved.Make sure that your using champion ql78yc spark plugs, the ois ignition is fussy on running only qlyc plugs.Check this website out for a trouble shooting guide for ois ignitions. http://www.maxrules.com/fixomcoisignition.html
