This boat is new to me is there a trick to getting it to turn over, might just be low battery ran fine when I tested it. I have neve owned one this old shift is in neutral ect maybe I am just stupid lol. Trim works storng so the battery might not be it
Help please before I call the guy I bought it from and look like an idoit
Wiggle the control box handle back a forth a little with the red lever under the shift handle pulled up and see if it cranks over. If not, look for the starter solenoid. Near it you will see a red fuse holder. Remove the wire that keeps it together and separate it. Inside is a short glass buss fuse that may be blown. I think it is P/N 510884 from J/E dealer if you need one.
